Veggies and Olive Oil

Whenever the weather cools, I always get the urge to make pizza sauce. And this sauce includes mini sweet peppers, pesto, and scallions.

Lemon curd is wonderful to bake with and it's a cinch to make. I always make this when I have some extra lemons that need to be used.

When the weather begins to cool, I get so excited to make soup, and this pureed vegetable soup is always the first one I make. Enjoy!
