Veggies and Olive Oil

This simple cookie is baked with a mini chocolate egg in the middle, then drizzled with a light icing. Great Easter cookie for the kiddies.

Easter is one of my favorite times to bake, especially when mini chocolate Easter eggs are involved. Enjoy!

These stuffed mushrooms can be served as an appetizer or side dish, & they're stuffed with cherry tomatoes, scallions, goat cheese, & pesto.
