Ingredients
1/2 cup goat cheese
1 (227g) container cream cheese
Juice from a medium lemon
1/4 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Salt and black pepper to taste
1/3 cup roughly chopped sundried tomatoes
Directions
- Put both kinds of cheese on the counter ahead of time so they soften a bit.
- Place the cheese in a food processor and pulse to combine a bit.
- Add in one tbsp of lemon juice and process.
- Scrape the edges often.
- Continue to add in a tbsp at a time of lemon juice and process until smooth.
- Depending on how thick or thin you want the spread, you might not use all the lemon juice.
- Add in the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Process until well combined and smooth. Add in a little more lemon juice if needed.
- Place the spread in a bowl and add in the sundried tomatoes.
- Mix well.
