1-2 large garlic cloves -finely grated

1 (227 g) container cremini mushrooms -sliced

3 mini peppers -sliced

1 medium broccoli crown -cut into medium pieces

1 medium zucchini -cut into rounds

2 tbsp hoisin sauce

1 tsp soy sauce

1/2 tsp sesame seed oil

1/2 tbsp honey

Pinch of red pepper flakes

Directions

- Pour the oil in a medium size pan and heat on medium.

- When the oil is heated, add the garlic, and cook for a minute or two.

- Add the mushrooms and mix often so the mushrooms don’t burn. Reduce the heat a little if needed.

- When the mushrooms begin to soften, add the rest of the veggies. Mix often.

- As the veggies cook, mix together the hoisin sauce, soy sauce, sesame seed oil, honey, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl.

- When the veggies are almost cooked to your liking, add in the sauce, and mix well. Cook for a few minutes.

- Serve the stir-fry on top of your favourite grain and drizzle some sauce on top.
