Dijon mustard

1 (227 g) container cremini mushrooms -diced into small pieces

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

4 scallions (white and light-green part) -thinly sliced

1/3 cup roughly chopped pecans or walnuts

1/2 tsp paprika

Salt and black pepper to taste

Directions

- Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees F.

- Line a large cookie sheet with tin foil.

- Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees F.

- Top each baguette with the mushroom mixture.

- Bake until the cheddar cheese melts.
