About me
From a young age, I watched my grandmother make homemade pasta, gnocchi, and pizza. Once I was grown and on my own, my love for cooking Italian food blossomed, and of course my grandmother was there to teach me.
When I became a vegetarian, I found it difficult to find Italian recipes that were vegetarian, and coming from an Italian family, most of our dishes included meat or fish. When I started creating my own Italian dishes that were vegetarian, I fell in love with the idea of creating a website for fellow vegetarians that enjoy Italian cuisine.
